Frequently Asked Questions

  • Individuals with a diagnosis of ASD or other developmental delays with a participating health insurance plan. If you do not know whether your child’s plan includes ABA, our insurance team can check your eligibility. Our agency currently serves children as young as 18 months of age through adulthood.

  • ABA Therapy comes in many forms. While many people think that ABA is simply about reducing unwanted behaviors, it is actually the way we teach and support individuals acquiring new adaptive behaviors as well. Our therapists use the science of behavior analysis to teach skills that are socially significant and functional. ABA is the technology through which we learn and support everyday skills needed to have a full and meaningful life.

  • We provide ABA services in your home, in the community and in the school setting. Wherever best suits the needs of the individual.

  • During the first two weeks of our therapists establishing rapport with the individual, BCBAs overlap with staff in the home or school, weekly. Once a treatment plan is up and running, RBT’s are supervised every week by their BCBA, who closely monitor the data via our virtual data collection platform-Portia Pro.

  • A treatment plan is developed during the initial assessment and will be based on the findings of initial assessment and parental input. The BCBA will focus on the goals to help the individual thrive. Parental/caregiver/teacher feedback is crucial throughout the entire process, from initial assessment to actual services. The goals are then entered into our web-based platform for data collection. ABA uses visual analysis of graphs based on the data that we collect daily in our sessions to monitor growth. After six months of treatment, we will conduct a reassessment that will report on the progress that has been made as well as providing updated goals for treatment for the next six month period.

  • Parent/grandparent and sibling involvement is highly encouraged.

  • Unfortunately, we are not paired with any Medicaid providers.
